Ok! Here it is Idaho Ice Cream (Mikes mashed potatoes). 5 potatoes(med) peeled sliced and cooked. 1 and 1/2 packages of cream cheese(I used 8 oz size) or the bigger one. 1/2 pint of heavy cream. 1 stick of butter. Cook potatoes drain and put back on stove on low. To get rid of excess water. Put potatoes in mixing bowl and beat adding cream cheese and butter than add heavy cream until smooth. Add salt and pepper as you like. I only use salt! They are prettier than new snow!
