Ok. Heres my current problem. I understand there are calibration issues with the voting machines and I ABSOLUTELY can accept that they happen. Yes, I have used touch screens for MANY years, and I know the calibration EASILY goes out of whack. I also know that its an easy fix. I am not going to lay blame on the Democrats for causing this issue. I DO have a problem with the fact, that I do not remember with 100% accuracy that it DIDNT happen to me. Voting is such an awkward and stressful time that it is completely within the realm of possibility that I ACCIDENTALLY voted for the wrong candidate. I remember SEEING the review screen for submitting, but I do not actually remember combing through it to make sure it was right? So heres the question I pose for you. What if I did make a mistake? What if I really did intend to vote for one candidate and it accidentally switched it to someone else? I can take some responsibility for not thoroughly reviewing my choices, but what sort of fail-safes are REASONABLE to make sure who I intended to vote for, actually received my vote?? Side note* the place I voted early WAS one of the places listed as having problems. TL/DR: I am not sure the calibration on my voting machine was right and am unsure if my cote went to the correct candidate.
