Ok I have to vent somewhere soooo here it is! Why do you need to white to get up I the world? Discrimination is still alive in Alaska! You can see it everywhere. The lower level job ( regardless of the occupation) are filled by most no white people or mixed raced individuals. Many of them with higher education. Most of the workers are OVER EDUCATED for the positions that they are working in. Everyone regardless of race should be given a change for Advancement in their what ever occupation that they are working in! The people that are THE SO CALLED BOSSES need to remember that ALL EMPLOYEES are important. Race should not play a factor, but sadly it does. Well there it is. Thank you for reading.
