Ok, I need some insights and ideas. If I want to withdraw my ROTH 401k and NOT pay penalties, how would I do that? Ive got this idea that just dawned on me this very moment and I want to hear what yall have to say about it. Roth is already taxed so there is no longer a tax liability as far as Im aware. The penalties are contractual tho unless I roll it over I to another 401k of some sort. So my idea is to creat a trust for which Im the trustee of and roll it over I to that trust to avoid the fees and penalties... Any thoughts? This trust account could another brokerage account of sorts to if need be I would assume. Then I could borrow from my own trust as needed and if I dont pay it back, then the entity that I use as trustee of the trust can lien my persons assets... Chris Evan Jesse Alexander Bildo Schmildo Adam Fogg and anyone else who may have any input on this kind of stuff let me know what you think.
