Ok...I stretched. Lifted my weights and naw chillaxing...already getting my schedule ready for next week...I advise you all do the same...for Wiicked BabiiDolly Menacee and Kymberly Little go to youtube...find some work outs you can do for 6 days. .on the 7th chill but at least stretch for 30min and get hydrocut...for my homies dis the same...6days of working out rest or stretch on the 7th. Go hard for 30-hr each day..mix it up...but most importantly dont puss out..no excuses..God I already get enough of them..on a daily..So keep ur word..if u dont thats on you..Laters.
