Ok Im going to vent. COMCAST sucks!! I have been calling my friend for two days and his phone always went to voicemail well he lives with his parents who are elderly and the mom had diabetes and needless to say they dont have voicemail of an answer machine. So I stopped at his house in my way home today. They have no phone service no dial tone at all so we call comcast with my cell phone. Well an hour and a half later the tech is coming to their house at 5 tomorrow but instead of trying to fix the problem every other word was let me sell you this insurance or this policy. Oh my god I wanted yo oh through the phone. Butt heads!!!! Get a tech for these people . Really!!! Just saying!!!!
