Ok....My phone is REALLY messed up now!!!! Although, it shows that the ringer volume is at the highest setting, it isnt ringing!!!!! It only vibrates, and I actually have to be holding it in my hand to know if anyone is calling!!!!!! I REALLY DO NOT HAVE THE TIME, NOR, THE PATIENCE....to deal with Verizon tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! Is the one in the Mall any better????? I just wish they would give me a new one....I may have to throw my sucker in the dirt tomorrow!!!!!!! ( I dont like doing that, but it may just happen).
