Ok..... So theres been shots fired in an adjacent county. Whitley County police have advised residents to stay indoors. Thats probably a good idea. Stay out of the way and let police round him up. But!!! In addition to that: find good cover ie: concrete, heavy steel, etc... AND.... exercise your 2nd Amendment Right to self defense. Be armed and trained. Be prepared. I guess I must just be insane for wanting people to have Rights and be safe. Lol
