Ok another little survey in regards to my carvery business Im starting and all feedback comments would be welcome...... It will be obviously a takeaway/delivery service from our small shop and I was thinking of pre-slicing the meats and portioning them for convenience and more speed of service and was wondering would this be a factor if the meals were delicious or would you preferred it sliced in front off you? Bearing in mind the meats will all be freshly cooked that day and it also gives me a chance to serve sliced chicken rather than on the bone like most places do.
