Ok chicos I have a question. This is my first time I i have lost a box to the jackasses at customs. Althought I keep reading that there has been a surge in packages coming from abroad. So I get mix responses, the package might not have been scan, it is still in custom awaiting to be clear, it will take a week for it to arrive to your door. Custom has it and will send you a letter. It has been there since the 18 no letter from custom and no update, still saying processed through sort facility ISC New York. Any one have any suggestions.
