Ok, dont know how many of you heard about the dog bite in panama city over Easter weekend, the report was vague, Shep./Dobie mix, owner possibly there, teenager playing with dog in woods behind house, multiple non life threatening bites..I was told by somebody who knew the whole story that the dog was tied up on owners property, teenager approached dog and teenager was hitting dog in head. Now, what would you do if somebody started beating you up? Owner released dog to animal control who will not allow dog to be adopted so after quarantine will be euthanized!! Why wont Animal Control allow a rescue to take dog. Has anybody heard a different version? It sickens me that this dog is going to be killed over abuse by the hands of a human..Really Bay County??
