Ok, embarrassing request..but....... I need someone to teach me how to shift a standard on whatever POS car they might have lying around! Im selling my Aprilia when I graduate, and using some cash to buy a reliable, fun, manual car as a daily driver for work. I have some years of motorcycle experience, but never owned a stick shift car. Ive got it narrowed down to a roadster, hopefully costing around 10k used(Buying outright in cash). Im looking at the S2000, Z4, or 350z. Im not opposed to getting American at all, but it just pains me to see that a stock 2.0L Honda is faster in a straight line than a v6 Mustang. If I could afford a clean v8, I would go that route, but well see. What is required on my part? And who do I pay dues to anyways?
