Ok everyone I have a question from a couple of lovely ladies that would like help. They would like to know what would the next step be to report a well known horse transport company in Victoria who she has over charged these ladies over $4,000 dollars each for there transport yes you read it right one lady is out of pocket 4,795.00 as her credit card has been charged various.amounts over 6 different transactions. The problem is now and this.is where they would both like advice she has promised them a full refund however this has now been going on.for over 2mths and still nothing except excuses. Lets help these ladies get there hard earned money back. Advice would be appreciated Also as we say to anyone always keep an eye on.your statements and as we say if ever in doubt ask and find out.
