Ok, everyone, I have returned to the land of the living. I have NEVER felt so close to dying before, not even when I had cancer. I was so sick I could not even reason well or put 2 and 2 together. Here is what happen: end of August I have a pulmonary embolism and left the hospital on blood thinners that had to be adjusted several times to get dosage right. I still have blood drawn every Tuesday to check the levels. On Sept 17th, I was helping Arturo fix a drawer. The Phillips screwdriver slipped on punctured my finger pretty bad. I had a tetnus shot on Sept 18th. My arm became so swollen and red and inflamed that it looked terrible. Actually, I was having a very bad allergic reaction that resulted in infection and poisoning of my whole body. It never occurred to me that it was the tetnus shot, I thought I was dying from the pulmonary embolism. I became so weak and had massive headaches and could hardly make it to early afternoon. I began to believe that I would not make it to Christmas so I began buying my gifts and wrapping them for my family. Well, I have finally began to recover from the poisoning and although I am not 100%, I am at least as well as I was after the embolism. Thank you again, everyone, for your prayers and well wishes. God has a plan for me and I must still have work to do here.
