Ok everyone, You have to check out Chef Gordon Ramsays. The F Word.... I prepared a raw Sausage, Onion, Mushroom, Thyme, Parsley, garlic stuffing that I rolled in a Boneless chicken thigh. Then I rolled the stuffed chicken thigh, after seasoning, in Bacon. Wrap in aluminum foil, Twisting the ends... and Blanch for 30 minutes. After Blanching, let stand fro at least 30 min at room temp. Chill for another 30 min in fridge. Standing in the fridge helps the Bacon adhere to the chicken Thigh. Remove Chicken Thigh from foil, Pan fry and bring the Bacon to a crisp. You have to constantly rotate, you want the bacon crispy ALL the way around. Dont forget to stand them in the ends as well to brown. You can serve this with what you want. I chose a Garlic mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts sprinkled with a touch of Parisian. This dish was the Balm. Gordon Ramsay is an incredible ...
