Ok everyone since Ive been nominated to lead this challenge heres my menu for the next 7 days. I would love to get some insight on what you all will be eating for the first 7 days as well as assist me in motivating everyone else on a day to day basis. Demetrias Daily Menu for the (First 7 Days) 1 Morning Smoothie: (1/2 Advocado, 2 tablespoons of Vanilla Shake Protein Powder by Whey, 2 tablespoons of Flaxseed, 1 approximatel handful of Mixed Greens (add according to the size blender or Nutrition Bullet using), 1 cup of Almond Soy Milk, then blend and drink) 1 Midday Smoothie 2 Healthy Snacks between smoothies Sensible Dinner by 7pm Water Good Luck on your first 7 Days!
