Ok finally got game plan to recovery. Said my disc my body knows disc not to be protruding that my body will attack it as if its a germ to deteriorate it. Will be long process of course so said there was a study done that so many people had surgery and so many people didnt have surgery that in two years with steroids therapy had same results so like Dr Douglas said that unless Im incompetent he doesnt see surgery in my future that if careful can do what I want just get the weight off quick or Id be having surgery quicker. So I have apt April 2nd to get injection then be looking for job if Ryan likes it or not. He probably say get bariatric surgery done then go to work.
