Ok folks, it has been suggested that it might be a good idea for some (or all!) of us Garioch Kettlebells regulars to do something different this year to test our fitness, get outside, and prove to ourselves just how fit we are and the good that all our KB work does for us. So, here it is, The Banchory Beast race on Saturday 27 September - a 10K cross country 30 obstacle race. It costs a few quid (about £50 to enter), but looks like a hell of a good day out. Part of the entry fee goes to charity, so it would also be for a worthy cause. Have a read of the attached link, and if you are interested just comment on this post, and Ill gauge the numbers from there.
