Ok folks we need some help… We would like to organise a coffee morning / cake sale So we need a venue preferably indoors with tables and seating and access to electric to make teas and coffees plus we need volunteers to donate cakes! Can anyone help with this? We would also like to organise a family fun day..we have had lots of support with this idea already but again we need a venue to hold this event. We would need space for bouncy castles & soft play items room for the children to play plus access to loos and with parking. I was thinking the bridgemary building as you drive in but not sure what its called or how to contact them, so has anyone got any contacts in there that you can sweet talk them into helping us out? We will also be looking for raffle prize donations but will be asking local business for support We would also like to have a stall at the bridgemary boot sale over the next few weeks so will be asking you to have a hunt for anything you can part with that we can take down to the sale. Thank you
