Ok folks..your late(ish) night post. These two are in DIRE need of your help. They need homes ASAP. Buddha is a repeat resident of FCAS (through no fault of his own...blame the economy, and his owners lack of being able to afford to feed him). Buddha is a beautiful 6 year old Pitbull mix. Cady is a 9 year old Cattle Dog mix girl with energy galore (who finds herself homeless because she didnt get along with other dogs in the home). Well what do they have in common?? They both are behaving terribly in their kennels, making it nearly impossible for anyone to give them a second chance! They bark, and bark, and bark, and carry on in their kennels...why??? I can only believe it is out of desperation, Pick me, pick me. They are wonderful when out of their kennel areas, but most adopters cannot get past the initial kennel behavior to give them a second thought. Both dogs thrive on human attention and affection...both are so incredibly smart, and deserving of a forever home! Buddha and Cady need to be only dogs in the home, without small animals (chase instinct is too high). Older children (teens) will make fantastic play partners for them, and both will require fenced yards. Cady and Buddha need to find families soon...please spread the word.
