Happy Holidays (Merry Christmas and Happy New Year) my friends. I have been laxed in my communications with you and for that I am sorry. I have been reminded a few times of the friendships I have and the love you have shared with me every time i happen to meet up with you or hear from you. I am truly grateful. God is truly good (all the time, in and out of season). It has been a little over a year since I was granted the news of having cancer. Since then, I have had surgery and began hormone therapy. I have been blessed in that the hormone therapy is doing what it is designed for. I go in every three months for a shot to suppress my testosterone (the chemical that feeds the cancer). Since the hormone has been blocked my PSA count has continued to drop. At last check, my counts have dropped below 0.02, and as the Dr has told me, it is below the detectable mark. This is good news. If/when the PSA count begins to rise, then I will need to be re-checked to see if the cancer is active again. Until then, I have been doing well. It has been good to run into some of you. Tammy and I would like to thank you for your continued prayers. This has been a great Christmas and holiday so far. I pray your holidays have been and continue to be of wonderful memories and filled with love. Thank you again. You are loved and appreciated.
