Ok....for all those missing updates....here is a good one....I am finally back in the technology world thanks to some great help! And a great Verizon worker tonight! For all of you who wondered if I fell off the face of the earth after last Wednesdays boys game with 1 minute to go....nope....phone died...and then may have grown legs! It has not been seen since (Its pink Samsung). The nice ladies at Eastwood even helped me look again extra hard on Friday. In the meantime....the Girls team lost to Arcadia in the District Semi-Final by 3points....Baseball and Softball are in full swing in practices (softball could still use some more girls if you know some that would like to play...they are going to be good!)....Several kids are working to make it to the Indoor State Track Meet next weekend....and with track talk chatter about former kids always comes up and for those that hadnt heard that earlier this year Delainey Phelps was the first Ashland University Athlete to receive All-American Honors in Cross Country and was named GLIAC Freshmen of the Year....Cordell Miller, Eric Cellier, and Melvin Thomas along with several other alumni have been spotted and have been having great freshmen years!....this all leads to a very important update....The boys won that MVCD game, then of course, they went on to beat Gibsonburg Friday night. They will be playing Old Fort in the District Semi Finals Tuesday night (3/4 )at 8pm at Lakota HS. We are offering a bus to help with transportation if we get enough people signed up by 2:30pm. Tickets are on sale in the Athletic Office. It will be a BLUE OUT so get out that TC Navy T-shirt, sweatshirt, fleece....etc and come cheer on the Eagles to the District Finals! Thanks to all for your patience while I have returned to the modern age of having a phone on me at all times....and thanks to the Trumbulls for bailing me out on Day 2 of my adventures:) See everyone at the game!
