Ok friends, I am starting to plan the first ever Drums Along the - TopicsExpress

Ok friends, I am starting to plan the first ever Drums Along the Gulf event. Essentially it will be a Percussion concert comprised of local players who would like to perform. I am planning this in conjunction with Beat Better Music. I hope to have performers who utilize the drum kit , multi percussion , or marching percussion. There is no limit to the genre or style , age or experience. Its anything goes that is percussion. And this is NOT a competition, it is an event to help promote the drumming community and local business. AND , provide an opportunity to connect with other players in the panhandle region. I would really love to hear everyones feedback on this. I can provide two drum kits and a PA system.
