Ok guys, I havent posted for a while - but I have had to make a couple of decisions regarding our cars. I have decided that I will be selling Dusty A Wedgewood Blue X plate F. I got her about 12 months ago, she had been off the road for a while and had no MOT, so I had her trailered back to me. It was my intention to to swap the engine out for a VVC I have, but due to time constraints with business, I have not got round to it. The car is Cat C - before my time with her, all work was done previously and checked, It is recorded on the V5, as soon as i got her home I booked her in for an MOT, just to make sure she was worth doing the work I wanted to do - failed on wishbones, had them replaced and she passed. Since then she has not been on the road. Specwise, Good condition roof with glass window, SE wheels in very good condition (one has slight kerb mark) and good tyres, Longlife S/S exhaust with S/S cat bypass pipe (new bolts so easy to remove) Glass windstop and hoops - not sure what type the hoops are, they are not the ones that lean forward, also has a 52mm throttle body. Black leather seats in good condition, AP brakes. Mileage is 86K The battery has always been on trickle charge and the car has been moved around to stop anything seizing up. Bad Points; as said, it is a Cat C, there is also some paintwork that needs some attention on the drivers door and front wing - not rust issue. The MOT is up mid July, but I would be happy to put it through for a full 12 months if necessary. As for price, I really am open to sensible offers, we all now how much some of the items I have listed are worth, I would rather see her go whole and not take bits off for the sake of it. I am quite happy to receive messages of offers if you want to do that. I will get some photos up over the weekend. I also have the car that I was going to take the VVC engine out of - this is a rolling shell, no interior, apart from 1 seat and dashboard, the engine is great, new HG from Russell done beginning of last year and hardly driven since. Could both go as a buy one get one free!
