Ok guys I started this workout with a 3km run and finished with a 3km run. You must do a total of 4 sets.....easy!!!! 9am Workout this morning: Complete all exercises in order = 1set ,end of each set 20x p/ups, leg raises, sprawls > 80kg Deads 16reps >80kg Bench 12reps >60kg Power Clean 16reps >burbee to a chin-up 12 reps. This evening I will be running 5km and than a boxing session wit the mrs...... Will try to keep u up to date with the workouts im doing at New Caledonia. Give it a go and drop the reps and weight if u have too. Train Hard Team Evo!!!!!!
