Ok, here is the breakdown of the Younique statuses...You start with White and can go all the way to Black! This all depends on your PRS (personal retail sales) and your recruits! You will make 25% commission on all orders placed through you once you hit yellow (which is $1,000 in sales)! This is a LIFETIME raise, and you will be Yellow from there on out! To reach the other achievements you must maintain them MONTHLY. So to break it down further, you will always be recognized at the highest status you have achieved....but you will only be paid month to month as the status you achieved THAT MONTH. Company whole sale sales are you and your recruits under you! As you can see, you also make commissions on those under you...the amount depends on your Status, and also their status in the company! To stay active all you have to sell is $125 worth of product in a three month period! This is kind of a broad break down, but I wanted you to see there are SO many ways to make money!
