Ok i did not like Shaun T in this one and this one is very intense!! You are going feel it!! I maxed out during tricep jack pushups.. It burned so hard I had stop and start over again but Im going come back strong again! After the workout I loved it because Shaun T knows how to push you! Dont be afraid as long you try! No excuses!! Get pen and paper and write your max as long you try thats all matter!
