Ok need true story advice..I had an allergic reaction to something I ate Im guessing the shrimp I ate. 2 days in a row .. I also ate 2 days in a row raw nuts.. Not sure if its even food related .,Never been allergic to anything shrimp is one of my favorite foods but Ive heard out of know where you can become allergic to things.. The inside of my mouth is swollen both eye lids and underneath eyes are puffy my scalp itches and skin itches but no rash.. Has anyone experienced this .. What should I take .. Is this how a food allergen is? Help lol
