Ok now the group has passed the 7000 member mark just wanted to point afew things out 1 most of all no racist shit 2 no hate speach or no bullying or stand over tactics 3 there are some people i will not plug due to my own reasons, and some people if ya do post it just causes arguments... so if me and the team deem it to be wrong or inappropraite simple ya gone Cos as much as it pains me to say this its gotten to the stage where people have abused me and page users for less so yeah thats what it is also we value constructive critcisim (think i spelt that right) but plain out abuse of anyone you are gone so keep that in mind here is equally footing for anyone regrdless of stance also i wish i could do more plugging for free but frankly its hard to keep up with it between uni and being a carer also if want to sell something fine if you are looking for a room to rent or what ever fine look i like to think we are more then just hip hop here also if you are starting a business go ahead plug it... just make sure we can give everyone a chance so please no flooding of the page! also this is for everyone as well...sometimes we get haeds who call me bias...look i know who has backed me and who supported me and if start inboxing me calling me a selfish cunt which happens a lot sadly and expect to do it everyday...you are in the wrong place...none of us here get paid for this so yeah and i have afew peers on the team i realy look up to also when it comes to female artists...i will never use thier personal profiles...out of respect guys its alittle different but yeah so yeah second last i kicked of afew people for this, mainly chicks...but i do not know if anyone remembers that girls saying they are going to hitch hike to gigs...now i banned some guys over this too but just say i let it happen and some girls did and something happend how would that reflect on the page! now afew people have called me small minded for this but simple its not allowed and yeah if you do not like fine there are many other pages on here anyway lastly we have many people in from industry heads, business runners and lable runners to signed and unsigned artists... so yeah remember equal ground OK! ok anyway thats about it from creator D-Funk here hope that clears afew things up
