Ok, so I know in the grand scheme of things this is no big deal but....was speaking with customer service rep who greeted me by using Ms. and her last name but repeatedly used my first name. Now I dont care about anyone using my first name (its there to be used) but shouldnt we either be formal or informal? If you want me to use your last name, shouldnt you use mine. She didnt understand my issue when I pointed this out, but we agreed to be consistent. Those who know me know that I can get a little sensitive about this kind of stuff but something about that interaction just didnt set horses with me. Ah well.
