Ok so heres the deal, I have a couple girls who are ready to rock and roll the week after Thanksgiving and I started thinking about the dates and a 21 day group is going to be SO PERFECT because it will land just between the 2 major holidays and my real hope with these groups is to get us BACK on track after Thanksgiving and have healthy habits established to propel us into the new year!! So my question to you is, would you like to join us?! The only stipulation is you would have to commit THIS WEEK in order to get your workouts and nutrition guide and shakey on time due to the postal delays over Thanksgiving BUT I think thats just minor compared to the huge goals were going to crush and the serious confidence were going to have at our holiday parties and ringing in the new year!
