Ok, so im on the phone with Cst.Dawn from The SPCA who is on her way to me and this young fella arrives to claim his Dog....I read him the riot act about what he did to his Dog named,Leo, I was polite and patient as I quickly realized this young Man is special... He was shopping with his 75 year old Dad in Costco and swears he didnt hear the pages......He Loves his Dog more than anything.....I cried....Because, he has All the Love in the world to give without the comprehension of the True Life Dangers of Beautiful Dogs like his being stolen and abused and or worst.....The Cst.told me you should apply for a job....I laughed and told her Thank so much for responding so quickly.....I also showed him how to hold his Dog as he had to much lead and he put his Dog in danger of getting hurt.......All in all , he keeps his boy , He learned a few things about the Dangers of leaving his Pet anchored outside alone...Hoping, he was scared enough to remember this day and not repeat this again! !
