Ok, so let me just say something a bit more broad-spectrum than the usual anti-vaccine bullshit. I was born prematurely, along with my twin brother. I was faring better than he, due to my simple, cell-deep superiority over him in virtually every way, but that isnt his fault. Ok, it totally is. Anyway, we were not well. Way too small, undeveloped lungs, the whole nine yards of preemie problems. We were the first babies to be incubated in Oregon and they called us the Miracle Twins for surviving. My mother nearly died bringing us to Earth herself. But this was no miracle. My brother and I grew into the strong and healthy men we are by virtue of the ingenuity, careful planning, stacks of research, and human badassery displayed by the men and women of science and medicine. Guess what? Were out of the Middle Ages. Babies are BETTER OFF with their shots, their vitamin K, and yes, assholes, their vaccines. I was born without a set of working goddamn lungs. Medicine, science, and people stepped in and literally acted as my living breath until I matured enough to make it in this world. Take care of your shitty babies, you shitty people. Shut your hippie mouths about avoiding modern birth assistance, or at the least do some damn reading from a reputable source.
