Ok....some good news for a change. Back in July I ranted about how WestJet would not cover the cost of repairing Cassidy Starr Zahars guitar after they damaged it on a flight to Regina to visit Benjamin Matthew Knorr. A few phone calls and a post to WestJets home page got some attention. I was contacted by the head of baggage and started the claim process. Today I got he official word that the check is officially in the mail. They are paying for full restoration. Jot only that but because of the hassle we went they they gave me a $350 credit towards a future flight! I am a pretty happy person tonight!
