Ok, take a breather, reflect. Feel all that is, good and bad in your body, mind and just sit on those feels. If it is sore, let it be! Just for a moment, free from resistance and you will feel thoughts, emotions, in the physical form (of mild pain perhaps) but if you just feel it, without trying to sort it, reduce it, think/problem solve or using creative ideas (just FEEL); my friends, I can assure you, it will evaporate (with practice, it becomes acceptable and this rewiring of your mind being retrained, will actually begin to be appreciated and even your mind will learn to like it; we are beings of habit but true accepting, appreciating (your struggle, body, achievements)....the only way to be free. OK! Then decide what no longer serves you, by asking is what Im feeling really enhancing this moment?. Perhaps jot a few ideas down then let go, even burn the paper and start afresh. There is no way, in my opinion, people, generally speaking can move on until the shadow of fear, guilt, self punishment, and so on is delt with as such cognition and emotion will polute your thinking/emotions, sabotaging and contaminating your positive intent..... as you move forward with positive intent. This is why doubt, fear, or anything you cant quite put your finger on keeps pulling you back to the old structures. This is also why Synergy Reiki Studio is doing Theta Thursday and Friday; clear the old stuff, with grace and ease then have your new ideas downloaded into your subconscious (and conscious) mind. ideal time for it. what ever you do....enjoy the miracle of life, light and love....love to everyone, Jason
