Ok this might be kind of long so bear with me. So I just noticed that Im over 1000 likes! And I also just realized that Ive been in business for a year now. Wow! What I thought would be a little side job has turned into a real career. I have learned so much and feel like Ive really grown as a photographer. And I hope to keep studying and improving my skills. I think photography is a field where you can continually evolve - which is what makes it so awesome! I feel so blessed to have gotten to meet so many great families. Ive been able to photograph people at the very beginning of their lives, people at the very end of their lives, and everything in between. Ive met people from all over the country and all walks of life. Ive seen sunsets at Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Topsail Beach, Fort Fisher, Holden Beach and Figure 8 Island. How lucky am I?? And I would never have been able to do any of that without my family, friends and all of my amazing clients. Many thanks to all of you, whether you allowed me to photograph you, referred me to a friend, or even just gave me a kind word. All of your encouragement really has made a difference. And special thanks to my husband who has been so supportive and understanding of my crazy schedule. Thanks to my kids for being patient with me. And thanks to my mother and friends for taking care of my boys when I had to rush off to a session. So if you got through all that, thanks for reading! Feeling humbled and blessed right now
