Okay, Facebook friends. Have a problem I need help with...again! LOL. Joyce Ann ordered her prom gown on the internet. It came and it is absolutely beautiful. Good quality material and workmanship. The problem is that it is too large at the bust, but then too narrow at the waist and hips. The company has a no return policy that we were not aware of, so, we are looking for someone who does alterations, if it can be altered. I need someone in the Mifflin/Juniata area. If it cant be altered then we need to sell it and order another one in a larger size, but then will probably need to have it altered in the bust area. Any suggestions? Thanks for all your help!
