Okay...I know "OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE", is a running joke. But, seriously, you have to be kidding. To make long story short...bought new Epson printer yesterday, easy setup but poor poor print quality. Did all maintenance items to correct..still not working. Called customer service...and he said they will send me a new one...just return bad one in packaging supplied. WHILE THEY HOLD AN ADDITIONAL $180 on my card. AND THE PART i LOVE IS HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT CINCINNATI WAS...MUCH LESS WHERE.
