Okay. I know this is how a lot of recipes are discovered, but it just happened to me. I made some homemade corn tortillas a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately some of them were a little thick. Tonite I thought I would cut them up and fry them to make chips (for migas). I sprinkled a little chili powder, salt and cumin on them. They are very similar to Fritos. Now I cant wait to make some homemade chili for Frito pie.
