Okay, Im watching a film now. Most of you probably dont know that Im not a fan of Will Ferrell - so, if you dont know that, now you do. Anyway, I hated Elf and all those other films he was in that are supposed to be funny. Sorry...but...um...no. I didnt like them. Okay, that one about him being a racecar driver had some funny lines in it, but, overall, no. Anyway, I love this one that hes in - and Ive seen it probably a dozen times. Hes not playing a funny guy...hes brilliant playing a non-comedic role (the film does have a lot of subdued comedy in it - happening all around him)...that of a tax auditor. Its called Stranger Than Fiction and it has him in it (duh), Dustin Hoffman, Emma Thompson (whom I usually cant stand, either), Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Queen Latifah. If you havent seen it - well, its very good.
