Okay by request here is how I made the Key Lime Pie Martinis. I dont have a precise recipe as I kept adding ingredients to taste, but I will share my process and guesstimate on ingredient quantities for the base and you to can tweak it to taste and vodka strength. In a blender put I half a can of sweetened condensed milk. About 7 ounces. Five whole key limes rinds and all. The rinds will give it a greenish tint and a little touch of bitterness to the tartness of the key limes. Add the juice of approximately 10 more key limes. Also have a bottle of concentrated lime juice liquid should you need more for tartness. Add a quarter cup heavy whipping cream. Three quarters of a cup of milk. 3 tablespoons powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then mix on high for about one minute. Strain the blender ingredients into another pitcher. And taste this mix. It should taste pretty close to liquid Keylime pie. But tweak it to your liking either more sweet or more sour. Use about 4 1/2 ounces of this mixture to 1 1/2 ounces of vodka. It can be stirred in the shaker and served up or over ice or blended with ice cubes to give it a more slushy texture. Your preference. Mine were delicious and tasted like we were drinking liquid Keylime pie with a nice kick. Good luck!
