Friday July 18th 7PM : ( I will be there ) PCRF (Palestinian Children Relief Fund) along with Egypt Cancer Network and KARAM foundation for Syria are having a special night IFTAR/GATHERING at Reza’s Restaurant downtown location 432 west Ontario street, Chicago, IL. PCRF (Palestinian Children Relief Fund) Collecting monetary donations, in response to the current Israeli bombardments in Gaza, the PCRF is identifying injured children in the area and providing them with the critical medical care that they need. With three offices and a field staff on the ground in Gaza, the PCRF has the team and experience to reach and provide needy kids with the care that they desperately need. https://z2systems/np/clients/pcrf1/campaign.jsp?campaign=260 Today until the End of Ramadan: PEACE FOR CHILDREN Peace for Children will be collecting, lightly used clothes and shoes, also brand new school supplies, unopened OTC hygiene/first aid products that will be shipped to Gaza before the beginning of the school year. Peace for Children is also asking for donations, I have a donation card if needed, a donation in the amount of $250 in order to provide a brand new CT Scan for a hospital in Palestine, as well as help with other developments. AAFS (Arab American Family Services) They serve those who are less fortunate within our own community right here in Chicago, they have many programs that offer help to those who need, and you don’t have to reach far to grab this opportunity. They are always collecting monetary, food, clothing, household appliances and more for those who are barely making it in this harsh economy and world. Just a few right now: o A woman is in need of a vehicle to continue to work and provide for her family, she is sole bread winner.
