Okay for those of you that have aches and pains, try some ginger. this summer when I started swimming my right shoulder kept giving me trouble. Ibuprofen did nothing for it and I even took my prescription strength for it. I read that ginger helps with inflammation so I gave it a try. Each morning I make this ice ginger chocolate coffee yogurt drink. The first day I tried it my shoulder felt much better. Back then I would drink a ice coffee in the morning and a mango yogurt ginger freeze in the afternoon. Now I only do the coffee in the morning and the pain in my shoulder has disappeared and the rest of my joins feel great and I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
