Okay, gonna try to regain my composure...had an actual therapy session at the VA today....whatever, how cool is that to be paid to chat with people? Went to the art show.....they had nice cheese cubes there.....I might actually sleep tonight...nope, nothing to do with the VA mental health folks and their meds...Im sort of tired is all..... Oh, its so weird at the VA mental health clinic...everyone who works there is like so much your best friend and happy....they suck....they are pretending, but its okay, I pretend there, too.
