Okay guys I rang up HSBC customer service today and managed to arrange my refund on credit with very quickly via my Visa debit card However they asked if I had first e-mailed club tickets to ask for a refund but she wouldnt seem to accept/grasp the fact that the site had gone offline and I wanted to avoid mentioning their supposed liquidation because some people said that may hinder your case. They said if the company refutes my claim within 60 days theyll take the money back out Am I pretty much safe considering Clubtickets are so uncontactable?
