Okay guys...the first one is from yours truly himself...it is a story that once a SIS guard told me...I have to admit I can not say for sure whether this is true or not...but the guy didnt seem like he was lying. Anyway, for the benefit of the page, I do hope that this is a true story...but guys...I have a question for you.... How can you really be sure if something is true or NOT... A guy was a student here at IITK a few years from now(dont know which batch specifically). He used to date a girl since his first year and the SIS guards, as you know, they are the eyes and ears of IITK...used to see them together all the time...sometimes near GH...sometimes near his hall...they were quite a famous couple...and a seemingly happy one too. But suddenly, towards the end of the fourth year...the girl started to be seen around with another guy from her batch...and the SIS had no clue what was happening. They would joke around about the guy and the girl...they were the hottest topic of discussion in the barracks. But it didnt seem funny for too long...because they soon noticed that though the girl was enjoying her new blossoming friendship...the guy was nowhere to be found. No one at Hall-1 had seen him for quite a few days now and nobody was exactly sure what happened to the guy. Some speculated that he must have gotten sick and taken a leave...others said that it was the bite of the love bug that had made him sick. No one could know what really happened...but it was still a hot topic for gossip. But the guy never returned to IITK!!!.... And that is when people started to get serious and concerned about him. Many were now sure that he had killed himself as he couldnt bear the pain of separation from his loved ones. But it was still just speculation. People would now look at the girl with hate and disgust for being the w**** that she was...even the girl started to stay scared and worried...she was depressed. Soon, the new lovebirds were no longer to be seen together. The girl used to confine herself inside her room most of the time. She was also really concerned about the incident and tried to contact him...but couldnt reach him. Noone knew what happened. Things moved on...everyone(including the girl) passed out of the institute with a degree that certified their brilliance and amazingly successful lives...the tides of time swept over peoples memory like the sweeper sweeps the toilets of Hall-1 and the guy was flushed out of everyones memory....until.... Several years later, the SIS booth in front of GH got a call on the intercom. It was from someone who claimed that he was the guy that went missing several years ago. Only that he seemed really oblivious to the fact that he had indeed been missing. The guard on duty did not recognize him at that time as he was a new recruit. The very next...an older employee was on duty and he got a call too. This time...and the SIS guard swears at this point...he knew that it was HIM. The old guard saheb had spent 15 years serving the hallowed portals of IIT Kanpur and instantly recognized his voice. He was baffled!! He asked him where he had disappeared but the guy just wouldnt listen. He would hack abuse after abuse into the phone directed at that girl...and that other guy...and swore he would come back and kill them both. The guard tried explaining that they didnt live there anymore but the guy wouldnt know any better. In the end the guard had to replace the receiver and thankfully didnt get any such call for the rest of the duty. But the next day, at exactly the same time...he received that call again(I swear HE was the guy on the phone...the guard told me, and I could tell....he wasnt lying). He again tried explaining him but he wouldnt listen. The guard freaked out and cut the phone again. From that day onwards...the guy has been persistently calling the SIS booths...and he has expanded...he has now reached the line of GH Tower and has started aiming at random girls in the hostel. Pata nahi usko ab reh rahi student logon ka naam kaise pata hai...the guard scratches his head. Right now he is especially persistent about a girl in Y12...but he has other tastes too. Some even say that he has even infiltrated into the phone lines of the students mobile numbers and has called a few girls as well. But that...I can not verify. But one things for sure...you girls better watch out when you receive a phone call from an unknown number...because who knows...his next target...might be YOU!
