Okay my friends, I am getting started a little late as I am concentrating on cooking Tim a mouth watering specialty: deep fried Monte Cristo sandwiches! Oh yeah you read that right....deep fried! Each sandwich is loaded with the highest quality ham, turkey and swiss cheese on sliced Hawaiian bread. Then they are quartered and battered before splashing down into the deep fryer. The golden brown morsels are lightly dusted with powdered sugar and served with either homemade honey mustard or black currant jelly. Either way, the experience is exceedingly sensuous. Never fear my vegetarian and more health conscious friends, I DO have some exceptional and healthy tried and true recipes up my sleeves! Halal? No Problem! It is all better than good. American traditional? No problem! Korean, Cuban, Arab, Southern, Italian and many more.....No problem! And the WINNER for this segment of the Name That Body Part is......Hamza Solan! Congratulations!
