Responsibilities: To supervise the execution of logistics work for a specific client portfolio as well as take charge of the related communication to the client • Supervise the team, set goals and monitor the performance of the direct reports. • Manage the operational relationship with the client and alert them in case of any operational issues. • Monitor file processing and ensure SOP’s are adhered to at every step of the business process. • Ensure that operations are performed in respect to the gross margin & disbursements anticipated when quotations have been issued • Control the costs within the airfreight unit. • Alert Management in case of significant issues impacting the operations • Prepare monthly KPI reports and submit to the HoD.
