Okay please let me know what you think. My neighbor owns a 150lb dog it got out came to my house and attacked my 9 lb dog $500 vet bill layers of stitches I have asked my neighbors to get rid of the dog worrying that it could be one of my grand kids next I have even offered to eat the vet bill if they will just get rid of the dog. This is the response from the neighbor their dog accidentally scratched my dig with its claws a stray dog or a coyote could come get my dog so my dogs are at risk all the time anyway. They are going to pay the vet bill (havent yet) the dog wont get out again. 150 lb aggressive dog chain link fence Really they think the dog cant get out this is the second time my yard guy saved my dog last time. I dont understand why people think they have the right to own an aggressive 150 lb dog they cant control and cant afford to pay for the damaged it causes Im so frustrated appears the law is no help after it attacks a person I can go ask a judge to declare the dog dangerous then they will force her to have an enclosure that will hold it and carry insurance on it. After it attacks a person isnt that a little late
