Okay rarely do I have a rant on FB about issues going on, I really do believe everyone is entitled to their opinion (doesnt mean its right or wrong) BUT I have just got to say these fast food workers that are striking because they want $15 an hour AND a union (please believe me Im not trying to make fast food workers seem any less important) but $15 an hour!!! I realize some of them are single parents , parents trying to help support their family but the majority are college students and school student. What about the other businesses who have both parents working to try to feed their kids are we supposed to double their salaries? If so I would absolutely love that. But when you start doing that all the restaurants are going to do is double their charges and then no one is going to be able to afford to eat fast food anymore (side note - may be a good thing for our waistline ) then you wont have a job. If you dont like what youre getting paid and its not enough, just find another job. one that will accommodate your class schedule your social schedule any other schedules that you may have. Sorry but I just had to speak my mind this morning After seeing the interview with the college student Who was grinning from ear to ear because he was on strike at McDonalds in Jackson. Just quit!!!!! Im sure there is someone out there that would be thankful to make what hes making. Ok Im finished, and if I offended anyone that was not my intent but I am just so tired of every body striking and suing over everything thing. Hope everyone had a good day
